A new business in Madison, Wisconsin is offering a professional snuggling service.
The Snuggle House says its cuddle sessions are strictly therapeutic and not sexual, but city officials worry it could become a bordello. When it opens, clients will pay $60 to spend an hour in a bedroom with one of the company’s five employees.
The staff says both clients and employees go through background checks, and that there will be surveillance in every room. The business is in its final stages of inspection, but 100 appointments are already in the book.
