HOUSTON – Firefighters have responded to a report of smoke at a Houston ISD elementary school.
Fire crews were called to Mark Twain Elementary, located in the 7500 block of Braes Boulevard, around 8 a.m. Tuesday.

HISD says students and staff were evacuated from the building and were moved to the nearby Pershing Middle School until an all-clear is given.
No other information has been released at this time.
