A composite sketch of a woman developed from the skeletal remains that were found in a garbage bag last year in north Harris County was released Monday by Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
HCSO investigators said the remains were found in a garbage bag in the 12500 block of Walters Road on Tuesday, Oct. 16.
According to the medical examiner’s office, the remains are of a 4 foot, 7 inch to 5 foot, 3 inch female who may be a teenager or a small-framed woman, according to investigators.
Photos of the clothing the victim was wearing were also released.
According to investigators, the shirt the victim was wearing was green in color with the design of the cartoon character Smurfette picking the petals off a white flower. The victim was also wearing dark-colored capri pants, size 5.
It is believed that the woman may have been left on Walters Road for more than a month.
