MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas – Several people were arrested during a narcotics investigation in the 19000 block of FM 1314 in Conroe.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office said its Narcotics Enforcement Team and Conroe Police Department Narcotics detectives executed a search warrant Monday at 8:30 p.m. after information was developed in reference to an ongoing sale and distribution of marijuana, marijuana wax and marijuana-infused edibles.

Deputies said during the execution of the warrant they seized 10.6 pounds of hydroponic-grown marijuana, 14 kilograms of marijuana-infused edibles, 11 ounces of marijuana wax, 302 marijuana-infused vape pens, two firearms and $11,639.
During the investigation, deputies said several people arrived at the location to purchase narcotics from the occupants of the home. As a result, five people were arrested on drug charges.

Daniel Marquardt, Shannan Moore, and Cody Pittman are charged with manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance and money laundering.
Donald Sullivan is charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Walter Cordaro is charged with possession of marijuana.
