HOUSTON – The first weekend of the Houston Livestock and Rodeo Show wrapped up Sunday night with a performance by pop star and Texas native Selena Gomez.
"I came here because I like her a lot and she's like one of my idols," said fan Veronica Blum.
But the singer's music wasn't the only thing taking center stage. Some fans hoped Gomez's on-again off-again boyfriend Justin Bieber would also make an appearance.
According to TMZ, the couple had been spotted at a dance studio in McAllen, Texas and a Starbucks in Hidaglo, where Gomez performed Saturday night. It was her first concert since checking herself into an Arizona rehab in January.
No word yet if Gomez and "The Biebs" are officially back together, but it didn't seem to make a difference to fans at Reliant Stadium.
If you missed the concert, there are still plenty more singers set to perform at Reliant Stadium over the next couple of weeks.
