Third car dealership shooting victim dies

HOUSTON – Two brothers were shot to death at an automobile dealership in north Houston Thursday, according to the Houston Police Department.

Homicide detectives said 51-year-old Jesse Contreras and 60-year-old Tony Contreras were killed at Immaculate Auto Sales in the 200 block of Little York at Mazzola just before noon. Tony Contreras' son, 22-year-old Casey Contreras, was also shot in the head but was still alive when he was found.

Contreras was pronounced dead Friday.

Officers said a mechanic discovered the bodies inside the office around 11:45 a.m.

"He saw one of his bosses laying on the floor with blood coming from his head. He again looked into the office, and saw another one of his employers down on the ground and yet a third one of his employers also down on the ground," says Sgt. Brian Harris, of HPD Homicide.

Casey Contreras was rushed to Ben Taub Hospital.  He remains in critical condition.

All three victims were shot in the head, according to police. Officers are now working to figure out a motive.

"We are looking at all angles, from robbery to a disgruntled customers. We are at the beginning stages of looking at the lives of our victims," said Harris.
