Restaurant Report Card: Boo-yah special for Thanksgiving

HOUSTON – You can almost smell it: that delicious home-cooked Thanksgiving meal.

But come Friday, what do you say we skip the leftovers and get out of the house?

We’ve got you covered – with four Houston hot spots that scored perfect health inspections.

Channel 2 investigator Bill Spencer has a special holiday edition of the restaurant report card – complete with the signature boo-yah congratulations for keeping it clean!

All today's restaurants earned spotless inspection reports from the Houston health department.

We begin at the famous St. Arnold Brewery where they brew up more than a dozen spectacular craft beers.

They offer tours of the entire plant and serve up a menu of pub food favorites.

Wednesday, we raise a glass to the hardworking brew masters at the brewery, they earn our coveted A+ award for a spotless restaurant inspection.

Rolling right along, our next stop was the Starbucks located at 14333 Westheimer Road.

They also earned a spotless restaurant inspection report and our A+ award!

Holy taquito everybody!

The Taco Bell located at 5600 Bellaire Boulevard also makes our list.

They wrapped up a perfect restaurant inspection report with an A+ award.

If you love fresh, juicy hamburgers and hand cut french fries, it's hard to beat Five Guys Burgers and Fries.

This week, the Five Guys crew at 11700 Westheimer Road smashes out a spotless inspection report and earns the A+ rating.
