HOUSTON -

Dozens of neighbors are looking for answers after being unable to have access to their mailboxes for months.

Residents say new boxes were supposed to replace the old ones a few months ago, but there are a few problems with the new boxes.

There are now only 12 boxes, even though there are 16 houses that use them, and none of the the residents have keys for the new boxes.

This is forcing the residents to drive to the post office just to get their mail.

Neighbors say the post office won't tell them when the problems will be fixed.

Local 2 called the postmaster, but hasn't gotten a response.
