HOUSTON – An SUV crashed into an apartment with a person sleeping inside, according to the Houston Police Department.
Police say the SUV was heading down West Sam Houston Parkway around 2 a.m. on Saturday in southwest Houston.

Near Bissonnet, the SUV lost control and crashed through a fence, into the wall of the apartment complex, and into the bedroom of one of the units.
The person inside was treated for minor cuts.
The driver was not intoxicated and was issued a ticket for failure to control speed.
