HOUSTON - Rent prices in Houston are on the rise and, according to one report, the Bayou City is one of the toughest places to find affordable rentals.

According to MSNBC, rental rates are expected to increase by 4.6 percent by the end of the year. That is the second-highest increase, behind Seattle.

According to Rent Jungle, the average two-bedroom rental in Houston will set you back $1,400 a month.

In 2014, the same two-bedroom unit would cost an extra $65 a month.
