GALVESTON COUNTY – A sex offender has been arrested after failing to tell Galveston County authorities of his location.
The Galveston County Sheriff's Office said Harold Brice, 57, was convicted for possession of child pornography in October. As a convicted sex offender, Brice is required by law to give a geographical location of his whereabouts every 30 days.

The sheriff's office said he failed to do so on November 5 and a warrant for his arrest was issued.
Officials said Brice is a truck driver who travels from state to state.
On Monday, authorities learned that Brice was at a business in Missouri City where he was arrested and booked into the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office. He's charged with sex offenders duty to register life/annually. His bond was set at $25,000.
Authorities said Brice will be transferred back to Galveston County at a later date.
