HOUSTON – Houstonians headed to the polls Saturday to pick who will represent them on City Council.
Most of the races were decided in November's election, but four races have to be decided in a runoff.

The most high-profile race is for the At-Large Position 5 seat. Attorney Jolanda "Jo" Jones, who was recently cleared in an ethics investigation, is battling former Board of Education member Jack Christie. In November, Jones finished with 39 percent of the vote to Christie's 33 percent.
With all precincts reporting, Christie beat Jones with 55 percent of the vote.
Helena Brown, who formerly worked in Bunker Hill Village, is trying to unseat businesswoman Brenda Stardig in District A. Brown got 47 percent of the vote in November while Stardig got 41 percent.
With all precincts reporting, Brown beat Stardig with 55 percent of the vote.
Alvin Byrd, a Navy veteran, and entrepreneur Jerry Davis are vying to replace Jarvis Johnson in District B. There were eight candidates for the seat in November. Byrd won 25 percent of November's vote and Davis won 24 percent.
With all precincts reporting, Davis beat Byrd with 51 percent of the vote.
Former Texas Rep. Kristi Thibaut and businessman Andrew C. Burks Jr. each want to represent At-Large Position 2. They were the top two vote-getters of the 10 candidates who ran the November election. In November, Burks got 17 percent of the votes compared to Thibaut's 16 percent of the votes.
Fort Bend County voters played a role in this race and helped sway the election.
With all precincts reporting in Harris and Fort Bend Counties, Burks beat Thibaut with 50.2 percent of the vote.
Only 6 percent of voters took part in the runoff election.
