FRIENDSWOOD, Texas – Police are investigating a home invasion in the 700 block of Regency Court.
A woman called police after a man and woman, wearing all black clothing, came in the front door of the residence, attacked the resident and ran out the back door.

When officers arrived, they set up a perimeter and called for a police K-9. The suspects were not found.
The victim was treated by medics and relocated to another residence for the night.
Police later learned that the victim had recently received threats via text message and a threatening note left on her car.
Neighbors in the area say despite what happened they still feel they are in a safe neighborhood.
"We don't feel like there is too much to be worried about however I would say that most people are prepared to protect themselves around here." said Marc Guerrero.
