PASADENA, Texas – A woman has been accused of pepper-spraying her husband during a fight.
Jessica Rodriguez, 33, has been charged with assault of a family member.

Pasadena police said the couple got into an argument about 1 p.m. Tuesday. Rodriguez's husband wanted her to give him her cellphone, but she didn't want to hand it over, investigators said.
Rodriguez grabbed her keys, which have a container of pepper spray attached, officials said. She then used the spray on her husband, police said.
Rodriguez was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail with bond set at $5,000. She does not have a previous criminal record.
