Police: Tomball High School evacuated after bomb threat

TOMBALL, Texas – Tomball High School was evacuated earlier Wednesday as a safety precaution after a reported bomb threat, police say.

According to Tomball police, the threat was made Wednesday morning and the school was evacuated as a safety precaution. Students were relocated to the athletic field.

Police investigated the validity of the threat and searched the area.

Students were allowed back inside the school just after noon.

There were no reported injuries.

Police are still investigating.
