HOUSTON -

A man has been arrested, accused in Monday's fatal shooting of a man who police confronted a group of people he thought had robbed a family member.

Adrian Brazile is charged with murder. Houston police say the 20-year-old victim went to a residence on Barberry to look for the suspects who had robbed his sister. The victim then confronted a group of males he thought had committed the robbery. Brazile was in the group, and police say witnesses reported seeing Brazile pull out a gun and shoot the victim.

His identity is pending notification to family members by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.

Brazile, 22, was arrested several hours later without incident.
