SUGAR LAND – Sugar Land police are looking for a man caught by a home surveillance video stealing packages from a house in the Gannoway Lake Estates subdivision on Thursday.

A black man wearing a black jacket, black pants and gray shoes took the packages from the front porch just before 6 p.m. He was seen on video leaving in a white sedan, possibly a Ford Tempo, driven by another person.
A neighbor who reported a suspicious vehicle at the time of the theft told police the white sedan had a temporary plate, front-end damage and a broken driver-side window covered by a black trash bag. The neighbor described the driver as a Hispanic man and the passenger as a black man. Both were in their 20s and had facial hair.
