Police searching for hit-and-run driver

Reward for wanted hit and run driver

HOUSTON – Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division need help identifying the possible suspect responsible for a hit-and-run, failure to stop and render aid.

 

According to a release from Crime Stoppers of Houston, a pedestrian attempted to cross the 2500 block of Chartres Street in Houston, Sept. 10, 2016, at approximately 11:34 p.m.

 

HPD said a suspect driving a red four-door sedan, traveling northbound on Chartres Street, struck the pedestrian causing serious bodily injuries.

 

The suspect fled north on Chartres Street, without rendering aid to the victim. There is no additional information about the suspect at this time.
