Commissioned narcotics dog works for Kountze Police Department

WALLISVILLE, Texas -

Police are hoping the public can help them find a missing narcotics dog.

The German Shepherd disappeared July 5 in the Indian Trails subdivision in Wallisville.

A family member, who was watching the dog while the owner was out of town, said the dog disappeared between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.

The commissioned narcotics dog works for the Kountze Police Department.

If you've seen the dog, you're asked to call the Chambers County Sheriff's Office at 409-267-2500.
