HOUSTON – A man with a lengthy criminal history led Webster police on a high-speed chase Monday with a child in his car, investigators said.
Keith Tran Eulian, 24, was charged with endangering a child and evading arrest after police said he fled from officers at more than 100 miles per hour with a child younger than 15 in his car.

Monday's chase is not Eulian's first brush with the law. He has been arrested four times previously in Port Arthur, Richmond, Harris County and Abilene on charges of property theft, theft of a firearm, criminal trespassing and unauthorized absence from a community correction facility, respectively.
He is being held in the Harris County Jail without bond.
