HOUSTON – Houston police are asking for the public's help to identify a second man wanted for questioning in the deadly shooting of a man
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call in the 9400 Ketchwood Drive about 10:25 p.m. and found Jonathan Wilkerson, 29, lying dead in the street.

Phil Anthony Smallwood, 25, was arrested and charged with capital murder in the incident on Nov. 6
Police now believe Wilkerson, Smallwood, and a male known as "Bullet" were involved in a business transaction when Wilkerson was shot.
"Bullet" is described only as a light-skinned black male with a slim build and several tattoos on his face and arms. Police said he is known to frequent convenience stores on the corner of Bissonnet and Court Glen as well as the Crossings at Sedona Square 2 apartments.
