Police: Job Applicant Takes Photo Up Customer's Skirt

BAYTOWN, Texas – Police are searching for a man they said took photos up a woman's skirt while she was getting her car serviced.

Baytown police said the woman went to Elite Lube Shop in the 4000 block of Garth Road about 5 p.m. Monday to renew her inspection sticker.

The culprit was a man who was applying for a job at the shop.

The woman told police that she pulled into a bay and was standing beside an oil-changing pit talking to a mechanic when she noticed a flash coming from below.

"She believed it to be a camera flash that was directed up her skirt," Lt. Eric Freed said.

The manager of the shop said he was not overseeing the applicant at the time because he stepped out to get some car parts. He said that by the time he got back, the police were there and the applicant was gone.

Police said the man filled out an application, so they have his name. They are still looking for him.
