HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Harris County deputies are investigating a crash that left one dead near Crosby early Sunday.
Around 1:30 a.m., a man driving a Ford Expedition drove into the back of a tow truck that was pulled up behind a stalled car on the left shoulder of Highway 90, police said. He died at the scene.

Witnesses said the man was seen driving at a high speed and sent the tow truck into the median area.
Deputies said the tow truck driver and his wife were in the vehicle and transported to the hospital in stable condition.
Investigators are looking into whether or not the driver of the Expedition was intoxicated.
