HOUSTON – A person is in critical condition after being hit by a car Tuesday in northeast Houston, police said.
Police said the pedestrian did not yield the right of way on Highway 59 near Lauder and was hit.
Investigators said the driver did stop to help after the crash.
It is unknown if charges will be filed.
