Pasadena police search for aggravated robbery suspect

PASADENA, Texas – Police are searching for a man who robbed a woman in the parking lot of a Pasadena business.

It happened at approximately 9:55 p.m. May 20 at the Armadillo Lanes at 3210 Preston Street.

Investigators say a woman was walking to her vehicle when she was approached by a man armed with a handgun. Authorities say the man demanded the woman's purse and pushed her to the ground when she refused.

Police say the man left with her purse and entered a dark-colored vehicle with four round taillights. The taillight on the passenger side was burned out.

Police describe the robber as a black man between 20 and 25 years old. He is 5 feet 6 inches to 5 five feet 8 inches tall, weighs between 140 and160 pounds and was clean-shaven.

Investigators found a video that shows a man using the victim's credit card while buying gas for two vehicles.
