"Kush" dealer busted as police crackdown on illegal smoking products

PASADENA – A crackdown on illegal smoking products in Pasadena led to a big drug bust.

Pasadena police said they seized about $120,000 worth of "Kush" and "Bath Salts" as part of their investigation.

Investigators said the Pasadena Narcotics Task Force executed search warrants on Tuesday in the 1600 block of Pasadena Boulevard at the A 2 Z store and closed down AK store, the shop next door.

Officers seized more than 5,800 packets of Kush and Bath Salts, along with cash.

Two people were arrested on unrelated warrants, according to police.

Officials said charges related to the Kush bust are pending.
