HUMBLE, Texas – A man is being sought for allegedly exposing himself to a child in the children's section of a local library.
The child said on Oct. 16, a man was sitting down in the children's section of the Harris County Public Library at 19520 Pine Hurst Trail Drive in Humble, when he exposed his genitals.
The incident was reported to staff and law enforcement.
The man is described as white, between 40-50 years of age, about 180 pounds, and 6 feet tall. He was wearing an orange shirt and blue jeans.
He was seen driving off in a maroon 4-door sedan, with an unknown make, model or license plate. The car had a bumper sticker on the back trunk area that read "DECEDENTS" in large block letters.
