A restaurant that most parents wouldn't take their children to is opening feet away from three Spring Branch ISD schools.

Parents are fighting back to keep the restaurant, with scantily-clad waitresses, away from the schools on I-10 and Kirkwood. The mayor's office says since it's a restaurant and not a sexually-oriented business, no city ordinance is being broken.

The restaurant says it has worked with city council to meet the local zoning compliance. The restaurant's corporate office says it's already hiring staff for that location.
