HOUSTON - The owner of a pet store that caught fire on Thursday said all of the animals were rescued.
The owner said the pets have been returned to their breeders after the building caught fire. The pet shop was part of a strip center on East Hardy and Warwick in north Harris County.
Video from Thursday's fire showed people rushing inside the burning building to save the animals.
The Harris County fire marshal is investigating the fire's cause.
