HOUSTON – An overturned semi truck is causing problems during the Wednesday afternoon commute.
Transportation officials said an 18-wheeler tipped over on the I-10 East westbound ramp at Eastex Freeway around 1 p.m.
Officials said the driver was going too fast when the trailer loaded with blocks of steel tipped onto the guardrail.
The ramp is expected to be closed until at least 5:30 p.m.
