The Liberty County Sheriff's Office says deputies have arrested one of the department's Top Ten Most Wanted.
Clifford Lawrence Lyle, 32, was arrested at his home located in the 6100 block of Williams Road in Crosby on Thursday.
Lyle had been on the Sheriff Department's Top Ten Most Wanted list since February for violation of probation for DWI with a child under 15-years old.
According to investigators, Lyle admitted that he knew he was on the most wanted list but did not want to turn himself in. He is currently in the Liberty County jail.
The sheriff's office says 52-year old Michael Charles Ferguson will be now fill the vacancy on the Top Ten list.
Ferguson has multiple outstanding traffic warrants to his credit, and his whereabouts are unknown.
Anyone having knowledge of Michael Ferguson's whereabouts or any other member of the Top Ten Most Wanted group is ask to call the Liberty County Sheriff's Department.
