Officials identify 9 arrested during Harris County drug bust

HOUSTON – Authorities on Thursday identified nine people who were arrested during a drug bust at a home in northwest Harris County.

The raid happened early Wednesday morning at a house in the 11300 block Forrest Valley Drive.

According to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman, investigators obtained a warrant after a learning of narcotics activity at the home.

During the raid, investigators found 24 grams of methamphetamine, large amounts of drug paraphernalia, weapons, a stolen motorcycle and a stolen cell phone, Herman said.

The nine people arrested were identified as Troy Fraysur, 48; James Price, 46; Ryan Rivenbark, 37; Dalton Noska, 26; Sarah Leonard, 31; Brittany Smith, 27; Phylx Burton, 23; Briana Kennedy, 25 and Megan Cochran, 23.

Noska, Kennedy and Cochran were each charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Price, Rivenbark, Leonard, Smith, Fraysur and Burton were each charged with felon in possession of firearm.

Fraysur was also charged possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

All nine were booked into the Harris County Jail.
