SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio girl celebrated "the best birthday ever in (her) whole life" on Sunday thanks to a group of police officers.
All San Antonio officers were invited to 8-year-old Chasity's police-themed birthday party at Urban Air Trampoline Park -- planned and paid for through the generosity of SAPD officers.

Chasity first got on SAPD's radar in July when she introduced herself to Officer Cliff Burns and told him she wanted to be a police officer when she got older.
Chasity asked for a photo with the officer and Burns posted the photo to Facebook. The photo went viral.
In Burns' post, the five-year SAPD veteran said, “This kid doesn’t know it, but she made my night.”
Since then, Officer Allix Johnson from the East substation said Chasity has become a regular at the station.
"She's at the substation, she's always running up to us, giving us hugs, she's always so sweet," Officer Johnson said.
Officer Johnson said she and her colleagues love Chasity so much that when Chasity's mom invited them to her birthday party, they took it upon themselves to finish the planning.
"Mom said we are thinking August 13 at 2 p.m., but we don't have anything set in stone yet," Officer Johnson said. "We kind of took it upon ourselves on B shift to pay for the party and surprised her during one of our roll calls."
Staff at Urban Air worked with the police department to plan the party. Cupcake Couture, a local bakery, got wind of the department's plan and donated a custom police cake to Chasity's birthday bash.
Johnson said officers "from everywhere" were invited to the party. At least a dozen SAPD officers showed up in uniform.
Chasity said she wants to be a police officer so she can make the world a better place.
"I just keep on asking police officers if they have stickers, but if they say no, I just want a picture -- or try and get in their car," Chasity said.
On Sunday, Officer Skinner gave Chasity something even better than a sticker: A wooden replica of a SAPD patrol car.
Chasity said it was the best birthday party "ever."
