A surveillance video captured a vehicle the suspect initially got out of. However, after the robbery the suspect can be seen running after the vehicle, which left the suspect and the scene.

Police said after witnesses reported the robbery, an officer who was working an off-duty job in the area tracked down the suspect, identified only as a juvenile, who was found to be in possession of an air-soft .357 replica.

Police said the suspect was released to the custody of the Galveston County Juvenile Justice Center on an aggravated robbery charge.

Anyone with any information about the suspect vehicle is asked to call the La Marque Police Department at 409-938-9269 or Crime Stoppers.
