HOUSTON - This week's show takes a look at some of the new fees some banks are charging and the health and fitness revolution.
OminBank President and Chief Executive Officer Julie Cripe joins host Kim Davis in the first half of the show to talk about new bank fees, the Dodd-Frank Act and their impact on the banking industry. Cripe says it's more important than ever to read the fine print on your accounts, select the account that best meets your needs and definitely avoid over drafting your account.
In the second half of the show, the conversation shifts from fiscal issues to health and fitness. Kim talks with health and fitness expert Samir Becic about his "Health and Fitness Revolution." Becic is the President and CEO of ReSync Fitness, has been ranked as the top trainer in the United States and will lead Lakewood Church's new 10,000 pound challenge. Kim and Becic also talk about the new film "Forks Over Knives," and Michelle Obama's "Let's Move" initiative.
