HOUSTON -

Cleanup is underway at a northwest Houston business after an SUV plowed into it Friday morning.

The vehicle crashed into Sun Control, located in the 6600 block of West Tidwell, at around 9:30 a.m. after police say the driver's tire fell off and she lost control.

Shattered glass was everywhere, but the three people inside walked away without injury. Just like the people inside, the driver was not hurt.

Tracks show where the vehicle left the roadway, went over a curb and across the parking lot, before coming to rest inside the business.

The owner of the business says it will cost at least $5,000 to replace the broken glass.

Officials say the SUV narrowly missed the front column which prevented structural damage.

Houston police say the driver of the SUV could be cited for failing to maintain a vehicle.
