HARRIS COUNTY - Two trains collided with an 18-wheeler in east Harris County later Tuesday morning.
Officials said it happened on Jacinto Port Boulevard near the East Beltway.
Investigators said the 18-wheeler had crossed the train tracks thinking he could cross ahead of two oncoming trains, one traveling eastbound and one heading westbound.
Authorities said both trains crashed into the 18-wheeler. The truck was carrying a non-hazardous lubricant that leaked out.
There were no injuries.
The driver of the 18-wheeler will be cited for failing to yield to an oncoming train.
