HARRIS COUNTY – Paramedics rushed a toddler to Hermann Memorial The Woodlands Hospital after a near drowning in northwest Harris County Tuesday night.
The Precinct 4 Constables Office said it happened on Gilbough near Colbert around 9 p.m. Tuesday.
