HOUSTON -

A murder charge has been filed in the shooting death of a Houston man.

Houston police say Louis Anthony IV is accused of shooting Demarcus Harrison and another man.

Harrison died on the scene, but the second victim is expected to survive according to authorities. It happened at about 12:30 p.m on May 7 at 6060 Belarbor Street in southeast Houston.

Officials say Anthony and Harrison were involved in a confrontation with several other men. That's when Anthony pulled a gun and fired several shots.

Investigators say the 18-year-old confessed to the shooting when he turned himself in Friday.
