In March, Estrada left her 5-month-old baby with two women she didn't know.

The women say they took the baby to the fire station when Estrada didn't come back.

Estrada was later found intoxicated in a bar parking lot and lost custody of both her children.

CPS currently has legal custody of Lily, but she lives with an aunt and with her 4-year-old sister.
