More than 150 pot plants found during raid in NW Harris County

HOUSTON – One man was taken into custody after Harris County Pct. 5 constable deputies seized more than 150 hydroponic marijuana plants growing inside a home near Cy Falls High School.

The bust was a result of a tip sent to authorities.

Investigators found the plants in three rooms of the house in the Aberdeen Green Community.

The two-story house was rigged with a sophisticated irrigation system and expensive lights, according to authorities.

The case is still under investigation.
