HOUSTON -

Whether you're a fan of Mexican, Italian, Indian or Chinese food, Houston health inspectors found plenty of violations to go around in this week's Restaurant Report Card.

It's two weeks in a row on the list for Collina's Italian Cafe. Last week, the location on Richmond Avenue in Greenway Plaza got a ding. This week's location on West 19th Street in The Heights is on the list for chicken, pizza dough and salad kept at the wrong temperature.

At Kam's Fine Chinese in the 4500 block of Montrose, inspectors found rat droppings throughout the kitchen.

When Local 2 showed up Thursday at Masala Indian Cuisine in the 14000 block of Westheimer, workers were changing the restaurant's name. But just last week inspectors found rodent droppings in a storage room.

There is now a new owner and he tells Local 2 he is cleaning the place up and will be getting a new health inspection next week.

And at Gloria's restaurant in the 2600 block of Louisiana, the ice machine was the culprit. Inspectors say they found pink slime.

Kudos for a clean kitchen go out this week to Grotto in the 4700 block of Westheimer and McDonald's in the 7400 block of Cullen. Both got A's for perfect inspections.
