HOUSTON -

Pizza, pubs and Asian cuisine are on the list this week in our Restaurant Report Card. Houston health inspectors had their hands full with an array of colorful slime and lots of roaches.

Black mold and slime in the ice machine got the attention of health inspectors at Hunters Pub in the 10000 block of South Post Oak. Inspectors told workers to get rid of all the ice because it wasn't safe for human consumption.

The slime was pink inside the ice machine at Ojos Locos in the 12000 block of the Gulf Freeway.

And we round out the slime reports this week at New York Pizzeria in the 300 block of Gray. Inspectors found green slime in the ice machine and ordered employees to throw out the ice.

There were dead roaches under the sink storage area at Empress Chinese in the 7200 block of Long Point Drive.

A roach was alive and crawling around near a food prep table at Bourbon Street Cajun grill in the 700 block of Memorial City Way.

And inspectors found insect droppings on the kitchen shelves at Sushi Rock on the 2400 block of West Holcombe.

Now on to some good news. You can order pizza without a care at Little Caesars in the 5600 block of Beechnut and make it a double scoop at Marble Slab in the 3100 block of West Holcombe. Because both eateries get an A+ for perfect inspections this week.
