Add a splash of color to your weekend at the Via Colori Street Painting Festival at Downtown's Hermann Square by City Hall starting at 10 a.m. both Saturday and Sunday. They'll have art, live music and hands-on activities for kids and adults.

After your Thanksgiving feast don't forget to roll over to Uptown Park for the annual Uptown Houston Holiday Lighting (hyperlink to: festivities. The free family event that includes an appearance by Santa starts at 4 p.m.
