We've got a full list of family friendly activities that won't cost you a penny this weekend. Our friends at Houston on the Cheap  sent us a list of great free events happening this weekend.

Head to Tomball's Historic Depot Plaza from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for Second Saturday. The free monthly event features music, activities and an outdoor movie on the jumbo screen. Watch Home of the Range while kids enjoy "steer roping."

Celebrate Lunar New Year and the Year of the Horse from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Viet Hoa Center on Sam Houston Parkway. Admission is free. There will be dancing, fireworks and food.

The Mandarin Chinese magnet school in Bellaire has its own lunar near year celebration on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Children can play games and get their faces painted. Admission is free, but bring cash if you're planning to try the food offered by food truck vendors.

And Celebrate Texas history on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Jesse Jones Park in Humble. The Homestead Heritage Day features live music, civil war re-enactments and hay rides.
