Monday is not only Labor Day, it's also National Yoga Day. We've got two opportunities for you to strike a pose for free in celebration.

You can do the downward dog at Sugar Land Town Square. The yoga class starts at 6:30 p.m Saturday.

The Texas Yoga Association is hosting a free yoga event at the Rothko Chapel Lawn near Menil Park from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday.

Catch the sounds of Disney at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion on with magical music from your favorite Disney movies. Activities begin at 6:30 p.m. Saturday as well as free ice cream. The Houston Symphony Concert starts at 8pm.

You can get free ice cream, hot dogs and enjoy family activities at Bass Pro Shops on Saturday and Sunday.

At Olive Garden, buy one entree, take one home free along with a free Redbox movie rental.

And find a forever friend at the Houston Humane Society's Super Heroes and Sidekicks Mega Adoption event Saturday & Sunday. There will be free adoptions for select pets and half off any regular adoption for anyone wearing a super hero t-shirt or costume.
