Everyone loves something free and this week's Freebie Friday has a wide range of offerings. From hair coloring to self-defense classes, there's a little something for everyone.

Free Betty Crocker Cookie & Muffin Mix
If you didn't get enough Halloween candy Kroger has a sweet offer for everyone's favorite price - free. Friday, November 1st, only you can download a digital coupon for a free bag of Betty Crocker cookie or muffin mix. You can download it to your Kroger card and use it by November 16th.

Free JC Penney accent highlights
J.C. Penney salons are offering free accent highlights with any salon color service. You can get up to 4 accent highlights free with a color appointment through November.

Free Self Defense Classes
All - Star martial arts and fitness is offering free Krav Maga Self Defense classes to all teachers, police officers, military and firefighters for the month of November. Their studios are located on Telge Rd. in Cypress.

Free Museum Admission
If you are a Bank of America card holder, you can get into the Children's Museum of Houston, the Houston Zoo or the Museum of Fine Arts for free this weekend. It is part of the Museums on Us Program and it is the first weekend of each month. Card holders can get free admission to 150 museums across the country.

Free Zoo afternoon
Tuesday, November 5th, everyone can get into the zoo for free from 2pm until closing. The first free Tuesday is sponsored by the Texans and the McNair foundation.

Free Lego mini-models
Also, next Tuesday, you can get a free mini-model tractor at Lego stores including the store in the Galleria. The deal is good for children who are 6 to 14 years old.
