A Tomball woman is accused of being drunk when she fell and caused her baby to fall out of her stroller.
Humble police say a witness reported that on April 22, a woman who appeared to be intoxicated was pushing a stroller dangerously close to the busy roadway in the 1200 block of S. Houston Avenue. Investigators say the witness told them the woman fell over, causing the stroller to tip over and the infant to fall out.
Officers say Sandra Luann Grohmann identified herself as the baby's mother. Humble police say Grohmann was intoxicated.
Grohmann, 29, was taken into custody and is charged with endangering a child. Bond is set at $2,000.
The baby, who police say was approximately one month old, was released to CPS custody.
