MISSOURI CITY, Texas – Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man last seen Thursday in Missouri City.
The Missouri City Police Department said it has issued a silver alert for Surasak "Sam" Ratanapan, 72.
Ratanapan was spending the night at his daughter's house in Missouri City, but lives in the southwest Houston area, police said. He sneaked out of his bedroom window and was traveling by foot.
Police said Ratanapan takes medications for Alzheimer's.
Ratanapan is described by police as an Asian-American man who is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. Police said he has gray hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, black or khaki pants and black and white tennis shoes. Police said he may also be wearing glasses and a necklace with a Buddha pendant.
