"Tase his a** right now!" shouted Jackson County Circuit Court Judge John McBain as he tore off his robe and helped tackle to the ground a man who had been talking back and blaming his alleged stalking on the woman he was following, MLive.com reported Thursday.

In courtroom surveillance video, McBain is seen helping a court officer to subdue defendant Jacob Larson, who began resisting when the officer tried to lead him out.

McBain had ordered Larson to spend three days in jail, but upped it to 93 while Larson continued to argued.

"The one thing I don't tolerate is disruptions in my courtroom," McBain said, according to the news website.

The defendant was eventually subdued with the use of a taser. The incident occurred in December but video of the proceeding was posted Thursday by MLive.com.

It is not the first time McBain has shouted at defendants.

In 2014, he raged at a woman convicted of stabbing her boyfriend to death as she expressed boredom while a relative spoke of the dead man.

"Is that it? Camia Gamet said from the defense table as the victim's aunt told the court during a sentencing hearing how the man had long been abused by Gamet.

McBain then yelled at the killer, "You were relenteless. You stabbed. You stabbed. You stabbed. You stabbed until he was dead," he said.

"I hope you die in prison."
